XBM offers 3 different styles of programs to fit your needs. The XBM Challenge is an 8 week boot camp style (no army fatigues!) that offers a challenging workout in a fun and invigorating class. There is also Cardio Kickboxing which is a 1 hour long class that delivers an xtreme cardio workout. Plus there is the Kettlebell Challenge on Saturday mornings that will challenge both your aerobic & anaerobic thresholds while blasting your core. There is even an opportunity to win $1000!
The XBM Challenge worked great for me! In 9 weeks I lost 27 lbs and 4 inches off my waist. I started with 27% body fat and ended with 19 (I'm currently at 15%). The workouts are challenging for all levels of fitness. I had almost no experience and actually threw up on my first day. Now I can see my muscles. I feel GREAT and have a lot more energy than ever. With the workouts and the diet I was able to lose all the weight. Tony is a great trainer! He pushes you to do more and he's very supportive.
