Why XBM?
XBM classes are held indoors and outdoors to give participants a good workout mix while making it FUN! Each of the workouts is an hour in length and when at the gym consists of everything from interval training, to kettlebell training, to boxing and kickboxing and more. When at COC the workouts take on a different feel while incorporating resistance band work, medicine ball training, and of course... attacking the stadium stairs! Our travel days change on a weekly basis and add a large variety to the workouts where we tackle new challenges away from track and from the gym.
Location:
Mondays - College of the Canyons Stadium and Track
Wednesdays - Travel Day (location changes)
Thursdays/Fridays - Big John McCarthy's Ultimate Training Academy
